*Most indoor cell phone pics are extremely hard to do and sometimes still cannot be done due to very low pixels. If that's all you have then there will be a $50 charge extra to do this if it is a low pixel/resolution photo. It takes me sometimes days to do these.
Outdoor cell phone pics upon review but most accepted in good lighting.
